There is a lot to learn and be gleaned from this book. Some or most of the drawn illustrations seem outdated by the clothing or hairstyles of the human models in there, but this should not deter you from purchasing this book. There are some serious pearls of wisdom to be learned here. This book will start you out with learning how to see the shapes of things, animals and humans, for example, as in shapes of ovals, and boxes and curves. It takes you step-by step in developing the subject, from the very beginning to the finished subject. Start out with this one in your beginning to learn out to draw, books, library, a really good starter.
